• Returns/exchange request need to be within 7 days of the delivery of the product
• All returned items must be unused and returned with original packaging and tags in place.
• Shipping Charges shall be non-refundable.
• In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snapshot of damaged/defective product.
• If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
• Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
• Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
• In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to TrainingSixty.com in this case, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.
• Customized products will not be returned.
