CANCELLATION POLICY:

You can only cancel the order before the order has been dispatched.

REFUND POLICY:

SERVICES

 

  • Refund policy not applicable for Workout and Nutrition Plan (Chart only, Online Training and Home Training Plan)

  • Breach of trust/ misuse of service provided by Training Sixty from the user end will lead to termination of contract period.

  • If any problem during the duration of Workout and Nutrition Plan will be considered in the review process & no monetary refund will be entertained; in case of exceptional cases, Training Sixty will take a final call

  • Any dispute arising will be resolved with a humanitarian approach to make the customer happy.

PRODUCT

 

  • We are committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If product found to be damaged or broken refund request to be raised within 48 hours from the time the product it’s received. Products to be returned within 7 days from the day of receiving it.

  • In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snapshot of damaged/defective product.

  • The customer will have to pay for reverse logistics involved i.e. shipping / packaging and any other charges incurred while returning the products.

  • Customers should make sure the product is to be returned in the condition they received it. Customized products will not be returned

  • Any damage to the product during the transit the customer will be responsible & Training Sixty can reject the refund claim.

SHIPPING POLICY:

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

 

  • All orders are processed within 2 -5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

SHIPPING RATES

 

  • Shipping charges for order under Rs 499 will be calculated depends upon the Region we ship to and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

 

  • Our delivery time is 4 - 8 business days across India, calculated from the day after you submitted your order

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

 

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

 

  • Training Sixty is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES

 

  • TrainingSixty.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

 

  • We currently only ship within India.
