Our comprehensive training and nutrition plans are are personalized based on your goal, training history, experience level, medical conditions and availability of equipments. Training Sixty plans are basically 9 weeks, 18 weeks and 27 weeks, you can select the the plans according to your goal and preferences; our exclusive transformation plans are offered through our branded Training Sixty app with premium features.  Each session lasts 60 minutes in total, including a warm-up, cool-down and stretches.
